Easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Asked for an out-the-door price quote via email. Jackie responded within minutes. My wife and I drove to the dealership, pulled into the parking lot, called Jackie on my cell phone. Jackie brought the keys out, took a picture of my drivers license, and told us she'd be inside if we needed anything. We looked the car over, took it for a drive, looked it over some more. Went inside, told Jackie we noticed a couple of small issues -- front tires were worn and tire inflator was missing from the trunk. Jackie told me right away that they would replace the items at no cost. We agreed to buy the car and Jackie took 15 minutes to put the "paperwork" together electronically. It took my wife and I another 15 minutes to review and sign the "papers" on our cell phones. I wrote a check. Jackie called the next day to tell me the front tires had been replaced and the car was charging and would be full at 5:45. I stopped by at 6 to pick up the car and was in and out in 10 minutes. Jackie called the following week to tell me they had received the tire inflator and ask if I wanted to pick it up or have them mail it to me. I would definitely buy from Rose again. Jackie was helpful and friendly. Everything was quick and easy. No hassle. No upselling. No credit checks. Car is in great shape. Fair deal. Just the way buying a car should be.
